A COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
Our Shipping service, Australia Post, is experiencing significant delivery delays across their network- domestic and international. We will continue to do our best and deliver using the fastest services available, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please rest assured that we are working in partnership with Australia Post to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner.
DELIVERY TIME AND PARCEL TRACKING
We aim for immediate dispatch of goods with orders generally received between 2-5 working days. Please note that orders can take up to 8 -10 working days (particularly for rural areas). As we use Australia Post eparcel service, you will receive an email from them indicating the tracking number for your shipment at the time the order has been picked up. You can track this shipment through the Australia Post eparcel tracking service - auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track
Signature Required
As we send all orders using registered post a signature is required and hence we recommend you provide a work address for delivery. Please provide your full details when supplying a work address including the business and receiver’s name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office.

DELIVERY INFORMATION AND TRANSIT TIME
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Therefore we suggest you provide an address where you are located during office hours. Please provide your full details when supplying a work address including the business and receiver’s name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office. Note we do not deliver to post office boxes.
Delivery can take up to 15-30 working days and is dependent on your country's customs clearance process.

CURRENCIES, DUTIES, VAT, GST OR CUSTOMS CHARGES
All prices are in Australian Dollars. The prices mentioned on this site do not include the relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
Most countries will charge import duties and taxes on top of the price we charge you – THESE MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT. We suggest that before you order from us that you get an estimate of any potential charges before ordering (we advise contacting your local customs office). Baku Australia must also comply with Australian export regulations and declare the full value of all items that we are shipping as well as marking these as dutiable merchandise.
