How do I know what size to choose?

BAKU Swimwear is true to size and fitted on fit models to achieve optimum comfort for every body shape. We recommend checking our size guide at the bottom of the home page for size measurements to determine your correct size.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

When you click into each product- unavailable sizes and colours will be greyed out. All other sizes are available. Items that are completely unavailable will not be accessible on the website.

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes, you can purchase digital gift cards online- but these will only be valid for website use only. Purchase your gift card through the Gift Card menu at the top of the page. To view our digital gift card terms and conditions, please view our policy page.

Can I redeem my gift card online?

Yes, you can redeem your digital gift card online. In store Gift cards are valid for in store purchases only. To redeem your digital gift card, type your gift card code at the checkout page. If you have any issues, please contact our online customer service team at shop@bakuswimwear.com.au . Unfortunately, credit notes and gift cards issued in store cannot be redeemed online.

What payment options does BAKU accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and AfterPay (Australia Only). For all ther card options- we advise you to sign up to PayPal to use another card option.

Is the checkout safe and secure?

BAKU places the upmost importance on online security. Through our website- we use SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. For your safety- no cardholder account data is stored after purchase- and only refunds to the exact value of purchase can be processed without regathering security clearance from our customers.

DELIVERY

Which countries do you ship to?

Australia, New Zealand and selected other International Locations. If your country does not appear on checkout- please reach out to our Customer Service team through our email shop@bakuswimwear.com.au

Does BAKU ship to Post Office boxes?

Yes, BAKU ships to Australian PO boxes only. For all overseas orders- items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my order?

At BAKU- we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of mind of items purchased online, you are entitled to return within 30 days of your purchase date if the items have the tags and hygiene stickers intact and are in original condition. Please go to www.bakuswimwear.com.au/a/returns to lodge all online returns. Exchanges are only valid for same price/colour change/size change items. If your exchange is higher or lower in price- please lodge a refund and repurchase the item you are after. Postage charges are not refunded for change of mind purchases. International duties are not refundable by BAKU. Only one free post exchange per order. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this process. PLEASE NOTE: BAKU is not responsible for bank processing timeframes. For in store purchases- please refer to the terms and conditions on your sales receipt. If you encounter any issues- please contact out BAKU Customer Service team at shop@bakuswimwear.com.au.

Who pays for my return postage?

BAKU provides a free return label will be provided to all returns within Australia if the original order was over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a return label charge. International returns must be sent back using a traceable method with costs on the customer.
